The electrode is driven by a servo motor for fast and slow electrode movement.

The electrode stub clamp is pneumatic driven to make sure the reliable connection and contact between the stub and the conductive furnace ram;

Using remote television monitor system during the melting process;

The recipe menu can be stored on the PC and can be recalled and modified at any time by the operator;

All data of the smelting are logged in a PC data acquisition system and it can be analyzed;

Three (3) beam type precision load cells with strain gauges and full temperature compensationrecord the real time information about the remaining electrode ;

Using an efficient reliable and stable SCR melting power supply technology;

Security protection technology (hardware and software protection);

Closed loop cooling water systems.
